Return Policy

RETURNS

If your product is sealed at the factory to guarantee product freshness and quality. However if you receive your product with its seal compromised, let us know upon receipt. We will need you to send back the product to us and upon receipt of the product, we will then send you a replacement. 

In any case if you change your mind after receiving the product and do not want it, please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and in good condition (not used, product seal is intact, packaging is not damaged or shrink wrapping is torn) and return it to us. Upon receiving the product, we will then inspect its condition and will make a full refund to you.

Do note that return shipping to us is at your cost and that we have no control on its safety and security during shipment.

Refunds

We believe in our products so much that we offer a 30 day No-Hassle refund policy. should you choose to change your mind. If you're unhappy about your purchase, send us the product back and we'll refund your money immediately. However please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and in good condition (not used, product seal is still intact, packaging is not damaged and shrink wrapping is not torn). Kindly take note that return shipping is at your cost.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item which costs over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase a shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
