SHIPPING METHOD

HOW DO YOU SHIP AND WHAT IS THE PRICING?

Shipping cost varies depending on your location and shipping option.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We provide international shipping. However, due to some postal limitations, we can’t deliver a shipment to the military area and hard to reach countries.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We ship orders via mail service. After your order is approved and processed, we will forward it to SingPost and it will then be completely handled by them.

After arriving at its sorting facility, it will then be handled by your local postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrives at your country.

SHIPPING TIME

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

Shipping out of Singapore via SingPost. Please check out shipping rates here.

  • Order processing: 2-3 Days
  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 Days 

Note: The items you ordered will generally reach you between 7 to 14 days for Standard Shipping. However delays are expected during festive seasons.

For orders and deliveries within Singapore, we offer delivery by hand or via SingPost. For deliveries by hand, a flat fee of SGD$5.00 applies regardless of purchase amount.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Depending on your selected delivery option, a confirmation email will be sent along with tracking number once your order is process and package is picked up. In the email we will guide you on how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will typically be available between 3 to 5 days after you receive the email. You can check the movement of your package here.

WHEN WILL MY TRACKING INFORMATION APPEAR?

Typically, you will be able to see tracking events within 1 to 2 days after you have received the tracking number. In most cases the first tracking event will normally show up once the shipment is picked up for delivery.

WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ORDER?

Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 1 to 2 days after being updated.

For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you will find information about your package. In such cases, please check again later.

WHY IS MY SHIPMENT STATUS UNCHANGED?

Your shipment may be delayed. Delays can be due to inclement weather, customs clearance or backlogs. Please note that tracking information will only be available after your order has been shipped out.

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FEE FOR SHIPPING COMPANY FOR RECEIVING MY ORDER?

When your order is ready to ship, we will send it to the shipping company and they will completely handle it. Depending on individual shipping company's policy or customs procedure, you might be charged little extra for the final delivery or the import tax especially when delivering to a remote area. In this case, please kindly pay them the required fee to receive your order.

We often declare this as a gift below order value, so you do not need worry about this.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via PayPal, Credit card, Debit card Mastercard, VISA, PayNow or Cash on delivery. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are payable in SGD Dollar only. Depending on where you are located, our system will automatically convert into your local currency to make it easier for you when placing an order. For payments via PayNow or Cash on delivery, please contact us directly via WhatsApp at +65-9662-7772.

WHICH CURRENCY ARE YOU USING?

Our main currency is set in SGD Dollar. However, you can select to view in your local currency from the drop down menu located in the top right corner of the page. Your purchases will be in SGD Dollar at checkout.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

First of all, choose products that you love, then click "ADD TO CART". Please verify and confirm your order. When everything is good, proceed to "CHECK OUT". You will then receive and option to either pay using PayPal or Credit Card. Then fill in your information and pay. That's it! Very easy.

HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

If you need to change your order after payment is approved and completed, please contact us via email at Ezyhanif@gmail.com within 12 hours to avoid any extra shipping fees.

POST - PURCHASE

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEM?

We always try to bring the best quality product to customers. However, there are many factors that affect negatively to the quality, especially shipping factor, that make our products be defective or damaged. Please refer to our Return Policy on the Main Page.

WHAT IF THE TRACKING INFORMATION OF MY ORDER SHOWS "RETURNED TO SENDER"?

Step 1: Contact your nearest post office and provide them your ID card or tracking number to find out its status.

Step 2: If are unable to find out anything, contact our Customer Service department by sending an email to Ezyhanif@gmail.com and provide your shipping address again.

Step 3: If the address you provided in the email matches with your shipping address in our system, we are willing to send you a replacement or refund you 50%. Please be notified that these 2 options are our final solution for your request.

If the shipping address provided during check out is incorrect, then that was probably the only reason why the product could not reach you. Hence we would strongly encourage you to check your shipping address before finalising your purchase.

In this situation if you require a second shipment to be send out to you, we would require you to make another purchase of the same product. At this point it is the your only option. 

SHIPPING PROBLEMS

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I PROVIDED YOU A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

In case you have provided us with an incorrect shipping address, you should contact us immediately by sending an email to Ezyhanif@gmail.com and provide us your correct address. We will check whether if we can change it for you.

If your order has already been shipped out, we are really sorry that we are not able to change it for you.

TRACKING SHOWS "RETURNED TO SENDER", WHAT SHOULD I DO?

There are two common reasons for this to happen. Your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.

In cases that your shipping address is incorrect, we are not able to take any responsibility since we shipped it out to the address that you provided us and it is not the mistake from our end.
